About Myself

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

As a nutrition and health enthusiast, I am very interested in the various benefits of nutritious products. In addition, the amount of vitamin and supplement deficiencies intrigues me to explore whether certain diseases can be relieved as a result of supplementing one's body.

My Story

As a kid, my body felt like it was constantly under attack. Colds, nosebleeds, headaches, and fevers weren’t just occasional - they were my normal. I’d wake up with a runny nose, feel the throb of a headache, and wonder if I’d even make it through the day without another fever. It was exhausting, frustrating, and sometimes lonely.

Then, during a trip to the library, I stumbled across a small book about vitamins. One page caught my eye: vitamin C supports your immune system, helps your blood vessels, and even keeps your skin healthy. I had never thought a little vitamin could touch so many parts of my life.

I decided to test it. Oranges became my new snack, mandarin and bananas my treat, and a glass of apple juice joined my breakfast routine. Slowly, almost imperceptibly, changes happened. Colds didn’t hit as hard. Nosebleeds became rare surprises instead of constant interruptions (twice a year). My headaches and fevers faded. My skin, often dull and irritated, started looking healthier.

It wasn’t just about feeling less sick. I began noticing patterns in my life—how sleep, hydration, and exercise all affected my health. Eating well made me move more, think clearer, and even smile easier. Vitamin C wasn’t a miracle cure—it was a key that unlocked a bigger understanding: my body, my habits, and my lifestyle were all connected.

That little discovery taught me more than how to fight colds. It taught me how to care for myself, wholly - inside and out.

Since learning about this secret. I feel physically stronger. This encouraged me to move more, go outside, and play. I noticed my moods improved, my energy lasted longer, and even my focus in school got a lot more sharper after. In High School I would consistently buy the lemon flavoured Aquarius to up my Vitamin C levels.

Meet Me

I’ve always been someone who thrives on action. When there’s a project to tackle, an idea to explore, or a challenge to face, I dive in headfirst. I don’t wait for the perfect moment—I create it. Starting things excites me; the process of turning an idea into reality gives me energy and focus.

Being proactive has shaped the way I approach life. I’m constantly looking for ways to improve, whether it’s learning a new skill, organizing my day efficiently, or helping others see the possibilities around them. I like to take initiative because I know that momentum often leads to progress—and progress builds confidence.

I also enjoy the ripple effect of action. One small step can inspire another, leading to growth in ways I hadn’t anticipated. Whether it’s tackling a personal goal, collaborating on a team, or simply exploring a new interest, I’ve learned that starting is often the hardest—but most rewarding—part.

Ultimately, I see myself as a doer. I embrace challenges with eagerness, I learn by doing, and I take pride in turning ideas into tangible results. For me, life is about movement, momentum, and making things happen—because waiting rarely changes anything.
